      This is an amazing bank, the lead customer service representative Taylar Ault, she is amazing very helpful and respectful I will always recommend this bank to everyone I know.

      Bank sent the title for a vehicle I purchased to the person who no longer owns said vehicle, instead of my bank - the new lien holder. Now I have to run around and make sure that I catch the seller, process the title work and then take it to my bank. The seller already came into my bank and singed a power of attorney to process the paperwork. When I objected to the process and stated that this is not the way it should work and if that's their standard then I would never do business with their bank. I was very surprised to hear a happy and snappy OKAY in reply instead of simply saying yeah, sorry, that's the way it works here. I was courteous and polite but not happy. Not sure why the representative thought it would be acceptable to be rude.

      Worst customer service and experience I have encountered at a bank in a long time. Tried to pay off my home equity loan 3 different times. Onec in person at a branch and twice via phone. Called branch again and just got arguments and a new balance owed. Not at all the customer service they try to project in their advertising.
