I was very excited to find the Perfect used Forester I was searching for at a reasonable & in great condition at Genuine. I put $500 down over the phone with Sam to hold it til I could get there with a friend the next day to pick it up. The next morning I was let go from my job due to prospective sale of company so sadly had to cancel the car purchase. Although Sam was out that day the mgr said that refunding my money was not a common practice but shouldn't be prob given the circumstances, (and how difficult it would be to get finacing with no income!) Thanks Genuine! I look forward to looking at your inventory again soon.
