      Overall, George Mason Mortgage was prompt and responsive. However, they made two mistakes in my mortgage application process, one of which cost me thousands of dollars. Initially they gave me a “there’s nothing we can do” response but I continued to raise the issue with GMM management and they eventually assigned Brian to my case. He was outstanding to work with and really demonstrated the client-first attitude that businesses should have. His flexibility and advocacy helped resolve the issue that GMM had made. The four stars is really for him and his team.
