      Not satisfied with the service at all!!!! And definitely do NOT recommend. My husband has an account here (inheratence) and lives 2 hours away and was told last week funds could be transferred to his bank within 24 hours on Wednesday 2 days later. Nothing happened. Then Friday when HE CALLED them back to see what the hold up was he was told he needed to come in and sign some paperwork. Phoned this morning at 9 a.m. 4/22/19 to make sure we was not wasting a trip and he has been transferred to MRS 3 times and he has left several messages and has still not gotten a response yet. Not a bank we recommend nor would use again. We are struggling and have money in the bank that we can not receive due to poor assistance and service.

      just opened my account today, and to say i have two kids that go with me everywhere, they were so nice! my oldest one kept going into a lady's office and getting suckers off her desk, she said she didnt mind at all but i try not to let him bother people. they had me in and out in a matter of 30-45 minutes, i wish i would have gotten the tellers name that helped, she offered to hold my littlest just for me to fill out my paperwork. love it already!
