      I have been with Georgia’s Own for two years now, the customer service I have received over the phone and at the branch in Thomasville, GA have always been pleasant and helpful. I have a savings account as well as an auto loan and the only recommendation I have is I wish they had online payment options for loans, the only ways to pay are by mail, which is frustrating right now because of mail delays, over the phone, which incurs a processing fee each time, or in person which I don’t have the option of doing now due to moving. I hope this may be something that will be added and available in the near future!
