      Specifically recommending Jimmy Le and leaving this review after working with him. GAs own customer for years in Conyers…no issues. They have handled my current mortgage and several loans. Mr Le is easily the best that I’ve gotten a chance to work with. Extremely fast, attentive to detail, and offers solid advice.

      We were told we could not use the drive-thru teller to cash a check that was less then $300. They charged $5 to cash the check, wanted my ID, and a credit or debit card just to cash it. Surprised they didn’t ask for my fingerprints. You would think I was trying to cash a check for $20k. It was a Georgias Own check, which is the only reason I went there to cash it. Never again. They make things difficult intentionally. I do not recommend this BANK. They do not want your business!

      Save yourself the frustration and find another financial institution. They are horrible on so many different levels. The branch hours aren't convenient. Navigating through customer service on the phone is ridiculous. The phone customer service is the worst. Getting someone to respond to emails or voicemails is a joke.
