As always, KIA is efficient and kind and well organised. They do what they say they will and finish when they say they will. I never have any problems with them. Kyle is awesome.

Experience was good and did like the new vehicles we looked at. When we sat down (after discussing prices the entire time) they gave us the total cost which add a “market adjustment fee” of $5K. The way in which it was presented was very deceiving, breezed over and then they tried to justify it. The incremental fee made the Kia more expensive than a Subaru, Honda, etc. Shopper beware. Huge waste of time due to outdated sales tactics and lack of transparency in the process. Definitely won’t be back to a Gerald dealership and turned us off from Kia in general.
