Once my normal mechanic got under my vehicle after it was repaired, they had some voice observations regarding poor workmanship. In addition to the numerous issues with the work that they did, for some reason I cannot possibly fathom, they replaced one lug nut on each tire with a locking lug nut, and never notified us of doing that, nor gave us a key. I’m currently sitting in a parking lot where I went to change my wife’s flat tire, and can’t get the wheel off, and meanwhile there’s a storm coming in. Thank you, Gerber. Truly unbelievable.
