Pretty good for most part. Usually if I have a problem & I call them about it they will help me either get it fixed or explain what/how it works or what to do to fix it or prevent the issue from occuring again. They are pretty good at working with their customers on any issue that may arise. For the most part they are pretty fair with charging fees & so far I haven't had any problems with them like I have had with most other banks. I don't like banks usually because of past experiences but they haven't been like any other bank I have ever dealt with, which has been a good thing for me & restored some of my faith in banks(brick & mortar ones) bc I was at point of only dealing with the online ones before I started dealing with them.

The most racist Bank in town! Every time I go to cash my paycheck they always make me do a deposit they never let me cash it, um this is my hard earn money Not yours! I bet they never make the white people that go through the drive-thru deposit their check in their accounts instead of cashing it.
