      2020: This bank has since changed names. No experience with GAB. We used Citizen's First when we bought our first home back around 2009. The process was smooth and over quickly. Questions were answered knowledgeably and were were able to call or email anytime. They helped us get the best loan deal possible for our budget.

      Love the bank but customer service could be worked on. I try to avoid contact through the drive through at all costs. The ladies inside the offices are so nice, though and helpful. If it weren't for them I would NOT stay. The bank is great about fraud detection and no fees.
