      The most problematic bank I've used. There are always some problems, then I can't log into the system, then it says that there is money on the account and it is impossible to withdraw it, then they block the card, the limits are for online payments, which can only be changed in the bank. The application does not open at all ... but for a friend opened but does not work. In general, you need to regularly go to them for hassles ... I do not advise this bank, so that it would not happen, do not issue an account there ...

      Will not honor checks at there bank that are written by their customers unless the one cashing check has an account there, to me that feels almost fraudulent. You can't cash their checks at their bank unless you also have an account? seems crazy
