      Tried doing business with David Perry. First time home buyer here with very little knowledge of how everything works. Dave took the time to pull my credit, adding an inquiry to my credit history, but failed to reply after sending in further documentation and attempting to contact him multiple times. I was pretty excited after our first conversation as he came off as helpful. I'd had a previous bad experience with another lender, Michael Heath, whom he knew and spoke poorly of. Thought for sure Dave would surpass the previous lenders sub par performance but instead he matched it. Would not recommend for any first time home buyer.
