If I could give zero stars, I would. Last year, I lost both my parents, I live out of state and it's been difficult to arrange things for the estate sales, and the sale on the home. I had an amazing realtor that went above and beyond to help with everything. This mortgage company represented the buyer and did nothing but make inconsiderate demands on time and efforts, No matter our realtor's amazing efforts, it was never fast enough or good enough for their immature demands and tantrum-like emails. Gershman delayed getting paperwork, but yet demanded my attorney and I immediately stop everything, sign, and overnight paperwork back at my expense. There were no 'please' and 'thank you's', and just simple rudeness. If you're a buyer, use them! They will get the job done and they don't care how they treat the sellers- with no consideration and respect. If you're the seller, be ready to be belittled, disregarded, and disrespected.
