      I like the people but despise the practices. Every year my interest rate goes up on my credit card. I'm told it's because of my overall credit. I know my credit score continues to get better and my debt decreases but it doesn't matter. I bank at other institutions and they have never increased my rates. I don't recommend Gesa to anyone. Sure, they'll finance you...and take you to the bank while they do it. The only consistent thing there is decent customer service and rate hikes. Other than that, I can't think of anything I like about them.
