      After having my car broken into and my debit card stolen, Marco was very helpful in getting my account closed and new ones open. It was a very frustrating time for me, and Marco did everything he could to make it easier. I always appreciate the kind and friendly staff when I go into this small branch.

      This has got to be one of the worst credit unions ever!! I lost my debit card and have tried numerous times to get a hold of someone with the numbers on the back of my card!!

      I keep getting phones calls from them asking me to contact another person and have them call Gesa. This is extremely disturbing. No idea how they got my phone number. I do not have any accounts with them. I assume it's a collections call but is it really OK to search for friends or family of an account holder and contact those people? If I was having any financial difficulties I would not expect my friends or family to be contacted about it. I have blocked them but I still find it very upsetting. There are a lot of people going through rough times right now. They don't need financial institutions contacting people you know so everyone knows your business. Shouldn't they be spending their money locating the actual person? Very sad. If it is legal is certainly not ethical.
