  Just wanted to share my experience. My mother in law has been a member of this credit union for many years. I bring her to another branch as that one is closer so she can do her banking needs. Our usual branch was very busy at the time and seemed overwhelmed so we decided to travel to the Rindge gfa we have never been to this one. I cant thank the ladies of this branch enough for their excellent service. My mother in law can be a bit tough and was very distraught on this particular day. We entered the branch and my mother in law was having issues with her banking needs so one of the ladies called over her branch manager. We were immediately greeted by the manager Laurie who had us sit down with her and helped her every step of the way and was very patient with her. I cant thank her enough for the excellent customer service that she and her workers did for my mother in law. unfortunately for me this will now be the only branch she wants to go to so i have the extra half hour drive but i do not mind it makes her happy. Thank you ladies.

  Every weekend my mother tries to get money out of the ATM...there out. Specially on a holiday weekend.

The ATM at this locations has been experiencing technical issues off and on which have made it difficult to determine the root cause. The ATM has since been fixed and is now functioning properly.   Just called spoke with Laurie at the Rindge NH location. Very rude. Called to check on my account and had to ask her several times if she could check. As she was not corporations. My money is paying for her paycheck so she should not be rude and just look at my account super simple and takes seconds.
