      I've been using this bank for years. Honestly, their not that great. Customer service is always friendly but their way behind in member services compared to other banks. If you need anything done on your account such as getting a new debit card, it will take several weeks to accomplish it. Not to mention their card services are really bad. Your constantly harrased by a company in Nebraska that will freeze your card without warning until you call them to verify your purchases. If you do need a new debit card good luck activating it on the their 24/7 automated line. Their banking hours are also very strange. They close at 3:30 Monday through Thursday when just about every normal adult is at work. Which means if you need to go into the lobby for any reason plan on missing a day of work or being late to work. Honestly, I'm most likely going to switch banks as First National down the road seems to offer faster and more convenient member services.

      EVERYTIME I GO THRU THE DRIVE THRU AT THIS BANK THERE IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM. I GO EVERY MONTH FOR MY GRANDMOTHER EHO PUT ME ON HER ACCOUNT FOR A PURPOSE NEEDLESS TO SAY IVE ONLY HAD ABOUT 3 OR 4 TELLERS THAT HAVE BE NICE TO ME.
