      Gina Bush was recommended to me by a family member. I was told she was an excellent loan officer. Well I beg to differ, my first contact with Gina was great she was pleasant and helpful, she offered us a $4,500 lender credit to lure us in to taking the mortgage with them. Once we locked in our rate which was considerably higher( rate increase) the lender credit magically disappeared with no honest explanation. We felt as if we were being discriminate against, constantly questioned about the same information submitted numerous time. Given misinformation. Shes was also very forgetful . This whole process was a nightmare I would never ever recommended Gina Bush horrible service.
