Thank you to Kelly Masnica for 1st calming my worries. Kelly was kind,patient and understanding! All too often we get caught up in just getting through the job that needs to be done and not taking into consideration you are speaking to a human with concerns and stresses. While speaking with Kelly today I definitely felt like she understood my situation and I felt heard and understood. Kelly regained my faith and pride in being a Glacier Hills customer. Kora was incredible, professional, respectful and flexible I had a rather large check from a settlement, and first stopped at Landshark thankfully they showed there true colors by being rigid, not catering to my needs at all I consider it a blessing they showed me up front how my experience would be Anyone else looking to get off the Landshark ship, should go to Glacial Hills and see Kora You will be treated the way you deserve to be Thanks again Kora
