      This company is terrible. I moved out of my apartment on July 20 but my lease ended on the 25th or 26th and still have not received my security deposit - it's September 15. I also learned other people haven't received theirs either. I spoke with the leasing office of the apartments I stayed at and know it's not them who refunds those deposits so decided to call the LLC themselves. The lady who answered was a bi*** and so rude and condescending. She interrupts you constantly so I just hung up on her. Hope she reads this because she needs a reality check but she's probably just gonna stay her ratchet and unprofessional self :) Honestly don't even deal with this company.

      I have been here for a year and a half and up until recently I have began to notice how rude and inconsiderate these people are. To a certain extent I understand but if we are paying to stay here (on time at that) then why not comply with our requests for repairs around the apartment? Instead they give lots of attitude and I have even been hung up on a few times for trying to establish secure lines on communication with them and us. I just hate to be treated like im just another tenant that can be replaced. Such a terrible feeling for such an obligation, especially when I have a 4month old to provide for. Customer service can be stressful but every occupation isn't just for any old body. Books cannot teach you the necessary skills to be successful in such a field but my goodness these people have alot to learn pertaining to reasoning and problem solving skills as well as professionalism. I enjoy my own space but I am not just another somebody waiting to be replaced. Have a nice day you unprofessional students of life who THINK you have it all figured out.
