  I had an account with them for over a decade, and then they decided to start changing me for declining an electronic payment, and I will no longer bank with them ever again. They charged me $40 for NOT paying a $4 electronic charge that my son did for a game. The charge wasn't a check, it was an electronic charge. They refused to help me, and this isn't the first time I have had trouble with them (They were supposed to take someone off my account and didn't for over a month and after going thru the process twice!). I suggest you go with a known bank that doesn't try to swindle their customers.

  While we try to work with our customers, our policies regarding insufficient funds and overdraft fees have remained the same for many years and are disclosed at account opening. I’m sorry we could not accommodate your circumstances.

  Yall need to change your hours to 8-4 on Saturdays.

  Both of our locations are open until 11:00 am on Saturdays. If Saturday mornings are not convenient, you may want to try our Free Online Banking service. It is available to all account holders and allows you to check balances, pay bills, and make P2P transfers. We also have a 24 hour ATM at our Lake Camelot location that is free to use for all Glasford Bank customers.
