      I've never really had an issue with GCFCU until I needed them. 6yrs of direct deposit & no issues till I try to repair my credit thru them. Disappointed seekn to bank elsewhere.

      Absolutely worst place to get a car loan from if you don't have a checking account they charge you $10 just to process it every payment. Anytime you call they give attitude because you are calling a payment in and not doing an automatic payment even though I like to make my payments early I won't be getting another car loan from them as soon as I am able I will be refinancing through another bank these guys are a joke. Worst customer service experience I've ever had with any car place I've had a car loan through.
