      Love this credit union. I go to the secor location. The staff is absolutely amazing! They're the best group of people you can have working ANYWHERE! So friendly and sweet and they treat you like family... even my dog is taken care of there! 😁 I just love it

      Had an account since I was 18, everyone was so nice, then one day I went in(about 20years later)and they changed everyone. New people new attitude. Didn't feel friendly anymore. I switched banks. I worked for a major corporation and half the people there banked at glass city, so we called and asked for am ATM. They said it wouldn't be profitable for them. We had over 850 employees.. long story short jeep credit came and put one in for free and that's when I started seeing these changes in glass city..wouldn't recommend going to this bank if you want kind people..or a bank that values you...thanks Kerri k for an unpleasant experience.

      Glass city has no idea what they are doing.. they switched their mobile banking app and have accounts linked to other peoples accounts that don’t have any access or have ever had any access to accounts so we had strangers able to access my wife and i savings account and they could withdraw money from that account so if you want to share your with others put your money here.!!
