      I would recommend going with any other bank if possible. I went with them due to a low interest rate auto loan and I’ve been regretting it every single day. You get charged for using an external bank to make payments, as if I want to transfer my money to this bank to just pay a loan. Terrible process. Be aware you must go into bank as well to add your email to make a payment via the online portal due to “security concerns”…this makes absolutely no sense.

      Ashlee, at the Maumee branch, is always smiling and very friendly towards me and other members of my family. Even if I just pull up to the atm and pass by the drive through window on my way out she’ll wave and say hi. I’ve never had any issues with her, or any other employees there. She managed to get in touch with me because my aunt, who is also a customer there, left her walking cane at the Maumee branch. She tried my aunt but was unable to reach her. She reached out to me and all of it was taken care of!
