      This is my favorite banking institution in burbank. I also use Chase and Wells Fargo, but the staff here have always been friendly and I'm happy to support local credit unions where possible. They deserve our business.

      I have had my account since 1986 (I was ten years old and it was my first account). The place has been great until recently when they began charging fees, etc. This is sad considering three generations of my family hold accounts here. We will all be closing them. Sad to see this place go downhill.

      Been a member over 3 decades. Staff wonderful, friendly and generally accessible. Used to do all our banking here across multiple accounts but now migrating to other more attractive alternatives as there has been a steady increase in small fees and procedures in an attempt to extract more revenue. Now very similar to any bank; they are have lost their competitive edge and are rapidly losing that small personalized feel and focus of a local community institution as they maximize profit over membership service. It's nice to have options, suggest you compare fees and service if you have significant deposits...
