      I don't often write reviews, but when an individual exceeds my expectations and provides exceptional service , it should be recognized. Global is a great credit union, and that is due in large part to the front line employees that we as customers interact with. Kasala Moyer , consumer loan officer at the CDA branch is one of those exceptional individuals that is one of the most organized, personable, and professional people that I have ever met. I highly recommend Kasala Moyer and Global Credit Union , Coeur d'Alene ID. 5 star rating on all categories !

      They check your credit just to open a checking account. Another greedy company that could care less about you.

      You can’t pay your Global credit union mortgage at a Global Credit union bank. They don’t allow it. Go to another bank, there’s plenty out there. I hope this bank gets Baught out someday and my loan sold off to a more refined credit union.

      Hi Alan, You can pay your mortgage loan a few different ways. You can mail a check to Global Credit Union P.O. Box 660592 Dallas TX 75266-0592, the address is also on the monthly statement you receive. You can visit our website at www.globalcu.org, on the Services tab click Pay My Loan and then View/Pay Mortgage Loan. You can register here to see your mortgage online and set up automatic payments. Or you can call 855-731-7249 to get further assistance.
