never had such a bad experience with doing my income taxes anywhere else until i sat down with Delfina. To make a long story short my income taxes were done incorrectly and the Irs made an adjustment of almost $1,000 difference. secondly she wrote my account number wrong and I have yet to recieve my refund when the irs portal states it was sent, mind you she charged me a hefty $250. Only to do everything horribly wrong. Worst part is she has been avoiding my calls. Honestly feel like she purposely messed up my taxes or knew she did and thats why she has been avoiding me. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or HARD EARNED MONEY like I have.

Change the open hours, they are not open til 9:00pm. I went there at 8:00pm and they were already close. Thanks
