  My. husband and I recently purchased our home and we would not have been able to do it without Amir. Amir was efficient, communicative, and personable. At the final hour, when we found the house of our dreams, it was Amir who was able to provide when other loan officers couldn't. He exhausted every option until he found exactly what we needed to make our dreams come true. His creativity and endless effort to help us get what we want make him an excellent loan officer. On top of it, his website is easy to navigate, upload, and store documents. When purchasing a house there are so much paperwork and to be able to see it organized online in a way that is easy to retrieve, view, and track made the loan process that much more manageable. At every step of the loan process, Amir was available and ready to support us. He helped us to navigate the process with ease even during the most stressful moments. During each step we were given updates, provided support, and put at ease. He knows his numbers and does such an excellent job breaking everything down in a way that is easy to understand and navigate. Amir is very knowledgable and has been working in the business a long time and it shows. The best part about working with Amir is that he is down to earth and easy to talk to. After working with Amir we felt as though we made a new friend. If you are looking for someone who is reliable, knowledgable, creative, efficient, and personable then hire Amir as your loan officer. Amir closed me in less than 22 days successfully while other Retail Mortgage Companies failed me with getting me approved in a timely manner. Retail mortgage companies also have too strict of guidelines. In conclusion, come prepared! Amir works fast! Gather your documents ASAP. Come prepared. Amir will deliver the best rate possible.
