  Global One Lending is a highly preferred Mortgage Banker/Broker in Oklahoma City area. Unfortunately, what Google does not tell you is, how many customers Global One works with in a timeframe of a year. To put this idea into perspective, Global One sells, processes, and closes between 100-127 loans per year while handling over 20 million in mortgage investments. Based on the comments/reviews below or above, to only have 2 bad complaints on Google in one year out of 127 customers, it appears Global One lending perhaps is setting a high bar for customer service. Basic math or percentages tells you if Global One did 127 loans last year and only 2 bad reviews in a single year, 97.46 percent of the clients Global One works with are satisfied. As operations Manager for Global One, I will say this, Global One tries to satisfy all clients, but the reality of the situation is there always seems to be someone that will remain unhappy no matter how well you do. Expectations can be hard, perfection can be harder, but 2 out of 127 people satisfied seems to be a pretty darn good report. One last fact. Most clients or people with unhappy situations or customer service, tend to seek out the Better Business Bureau. Notice Global One has a A+ rating and is not even accredited client of the BBB because Global One does not pay the $250.00 to BBB for a good standing. Since Google is not a valid source of disputes, has no criteria or filter for complaints by customers, has no resolve between parties in mind, and finally no system in place where if a dispute is needed, the two parties can work together to come to resolve a specific dispute. Personally, I would highly suggest a more reputable source when evaluating a company for goods and services that have safe guards in place as the BBB. At least with the BBB, each party is held accountable for their responses and all disputes are posted upon request. If you are looking for excellence and people that truly care about you and your financial situation, know for over 22 years, Global One Lending Inc. has and will remain here for you.
