Still hitting my credit for something GAP insurance should be covering I'm going to be making payments on the 5k they didn't work with Ally Auto to get off my credit. Basically have to throw away my money after I already purchased GAP insurance so my credit doesn't get completely ruined from GM.

I had a employee wreck my truck. Me and state farm called them to report it and send them the estimated cost. They said they were going to get in touch with my GAP insurance. They never did instead they reported my payments delinquent on the remaining 5k. I have to go threw a ton of loops just to get the info I need from them. Terrible company do not use them.

If I could, I wouldn't give them a single star. -0 stars ... they never answer the phone or email anything ... I want to finish paying for my car and they don't even return the call to someone who is their client ... plus you pay and they never report your credit that you have already paid the debt and they put your credit in danger ... I never buy with you again and much less do I recommend it to anyone ... they are not recommended at all ... a very bad service
