      There system is a joke. They charge 15 dollars every time. If there’s no money in your account. And a bill tries to charge your account. It would be different if the money was taken out and my account goes negative. But it doesn’t go negative because Goetz doesn’t allow the payment to go through. It’s a joke and we will be closing our account. I recommend Chime Banking they don’t charge these stupid fees that sometimes you can’t control. It would be different if it was an overdraft or a bad check fee. But this issue doesn’t cost Goetz anything at all. Just another way for Banks to screw the American People
