  Went to get my stuff from then supposedly out of power but every other building around has power makes no sense if you didn’t want to work just say that I told them I was coming today which made it worse weird

  Hello Lazerrick, when the city looses power as much as we would like to hit that switch to turn the power back on its virtually impossible for us as a pawn shop to control when the city looses power or not. Power in the area was lost from 9am til 4:30pm and we just can't keep staff for over 6 hours without being able to operate properly. Thank you for your observation and your review, we will see how we can coordinate with the city and see if we can be the only business that gets an advance warning when we loose power so we can stay on top of it.
