  We received exceptional customer service with Lilly at Gold Coast! She answered all of our questions regarding a car loan and helped us navigate completing the documents required by the bank. Lilly was extremely patient, and responded quickly to emails and phone calls. We would not hesitate to ask for Lilly again if we need any type of loan in the future from Gold Coast Credit Union. She was great!

  I do not know why Gold Coast changed their Gold Coast Member connection system that was clearly working to having you call in when this system does not work and they do not answer the phone. This is just one more hectic process to add to someone's life when they have enough to deal with and what are you going to do they have your money. Put the number back as it was.

  I applied for a loan recently and it was a really smooth and painless process! Staff was nice and patient with me in explaining all the documentation I would need to help be approved! I would definitely get another loan if/when it is needed!
