  Being local in Amarillo it’s is so nice having someone help you. Susanne has done a great job and held our hands through the whole process, from application to closing. She always had time, we did not have to leave messages on voicemails. She guided and direct us to get the best deal. Thanks Sue, you will get lots of our friends and family as referrals in the near future!!!

  I was working with a representative by the name of Candice Moye. She started over very professional and courteous. Once we ran my app and discovered I would have issues with my student loans not being out of deferment which calculated my debt to income ratio being to high she became a ghost. She was suppose to send me a copy of my credit report she never did, she was suppose to run numbers for me to see if there was possibly anything that we could do to see if there was a way around this issue she never did, whenever I call or text her her responses are days late and she never returns calls. I don't know if this is just how this company works you know add an inquiry to someone's credit report and then just procrastinate once you discover that you can't get this buyer what they need so just jerk them around and move on to someone else. I've texted her and I've left her voicemails and guess what it's almost as if I never exsisted! She has a million excuses to why she's not capable of doing what you ask of her but she was very proactive when she was pushing me to submit my information! I do know one thing for sure whenever I fix the issue with my student loans I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE OF THE WAY CANDICE "CANDY" TREATED A POTENTIAL BUYER! Waste of my time and an inquiry on my credit report for nothing. If you want a good mortgage lending company try GREAT WESTERN in Plano! They are awesome and their customer service is like better than the Ritz Carlton !!

  I had a very hard time keeping in contact with my representative...she just didn't communicate well..the only way i could get her to call back is if i called the realtor that referred me to her..experience was horrible..information was not relayed in a timely manner..just not satisfied with service at all
