I was lured in by the coupon for a free watch battery, but it turned out the watch stopped running because the movement inside was bad. The employee broke the crystal trying to close the back, so they sent it to their jeweler to fix. When it came back he had not only replaced the crystal, but put in a battery and new movement so now the watch runs perfectly. They didn't charge for anything! That's the way to run a business - real customer care!

Great service.. Got a loan.. Came back the next day to get my stuff. The interest was $150 for the loan..
