      I came in here last Sunday and I MUST say, these guys are SO sweet and attentive! I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he wore glasses and was tall! I pawned my laptop, was given the amount I was asking for. What I appreciated the most ASIDE from the friendly atmosphere and service was that there was no haggling, no, "Well, ma'am I would buuuuut" or, "eeeeh, I'm sorry but, that's to high of a price you're asking." Then shoot me $20-$50 lower. I even managed to buy some Indian head pennies! I will definitely be back here VERY soon! Thanks guys for such a great experience! You definitely have a new loyal and happy customer!

      Employee thinks he’s a reality tv star off pawn stars.. immediately started being rude as soon as the conversation started. Discretion and tact would go a long way.

      I've met Ric Harrison and couldn't be a nicer guy..I have been doing it longer than the pawn stars but NEVER have I copped an attitude with someone trying to do business with my family owned pawnshop... Not sure who you interacted with but I'm the owner, my 18 year tenured manager was here, a new employee and one of my employees that is as nice as anyone..we were all here 20 hours ago.. your reply is very vague..Were you trying to pawn or sell something? Were we unable to meet your needs, which happens?? I get it, if you were pawning or selling and we couldn't get to where you wanted to be you may have been upset..we certainly aren't rude about it.. It's business, not personal. in fact I try with my crew to show you exactly what you have, what it sells for and what we can offer..again.. you're not giving me any idea of what, where, date, or time.. I'd love to make it right if you can help me... call me, and we'll make it right for you...Bobby 817-599-7296
