  Went to get exchange my old wedding band, they made it easy and without hassle (unlike other moody places). If you got stuff or jewelry to sell, this might just be the place for you. Did I mention they stay open longer than others? Till 6PM.

  Ok i did not notice this had went through. However my 1 star rating is definitely more than enough. I went to the pawn shop at about 5:45 to pawn a PS4 with 11 games to remotes to HDMI cords and a wireless headset for gaming. I asked the gentle man at the counter for 120 . He then Informed me that he was only going to give me $100 and was extremely rude about it! At this point the lady behind the counter told the younger man to just write me up for the $120. I was so angry and felt so disrespected by that guy that I didn't want to pawn my item with him! What makes matters worse is that the very next day my little brother goes in with a very same equipment the same games same controller the same headset everyday walks up to the counter asked for a hundred 125 and he receives it with no question. I have bought a soundbar from there I bought a watches from down there I bought a bluetooth speaker all kind of stuff. is this really how customers get treated. It has now been a few weeks and I'm being informed by my little brother that because I gave Gold Rush Pawn a one-star rating that he needed to talk to me quote on quote. Well here's the deal Gold Rush my number is nine one three 246 1526 and if you at all want to call me and get my opinion on this whole situation then please do but definitely leave my family out of it. The gentleman behind the counter did refused to give me a straight deal. For that he more than earned this 1 🌟 review for 4 Gold Rush Pawn!

  Sorry you had a bad experience 1 time out of all the times you have been in the store. We do appreciate your business, but the negative comments is a little over board. You have pawned this ps4 for 125. You was a new customer to the pawning side of things. Your brother has been in multiple times so yes repeat customers do get a little leniency. Thank you for the review. And hope you have had a better experience with us since then.
