  Worst company to ever do business with Zack And Karen are the worst people to try to refinance your house with most slowest Took these people over 6 months to refinance my house and I kept telling them I was gonna be laid off to have surgery because it kept getting closer and closer after 6 months to the surgery date Pretty close to 7 months by the time I had to have surgery I was signing papers for the refinance and then they do an employment verification check and find out I'm laid off due to the surgery and deny my refinance after 7 months But I had to call and check to make sure the refinance was all right even after signing all the paperwork for the new loan they couldn't even call and tell me to my face that they weren't gonna refinance the house so I received a late payment in the mail stating that I haven't made my house payment for the following month when they told me I was gonna be a month without a house payment when I signed all the paperwork for the refinance the refinance these people will lie not call you back not answer their phone calls not do their job make excuses If you need to buy a house or refinance stay far away from these people We'll be doing research on another finance company when it comes time to go back to work after surgery will for surgery we'll not use these people

  These people harass you at your house and on your job if you are at least a week late. From my experience I am downright embarrassed now that everyone in my household and at my job know that I fell behind on my payment. When I'm done paying Gold star Finance off I will never do business here again. People go thru rough times and that doesn't give anyone the right to harass you. This is very uunprofessional and I believe it's illegal.
