Ron out of Ann Arbor was a huge help in allowing us to win our new home and secure our mortgage. This is our third home purchase and this went as smoothly was we could have ever of hoped. Ron took the time to call the seller's agent to make sure they understood why our offer was contingent but yet we were very real and very serious buyers and were solid in our offer. One problem after another, from the closing through them changing payment addresses on me 3 times in 4 months and them losing a payment (which has required me to spend 1-2 hours of my time tracking it down for them).
