      Been a customer for about 4 years and I would say, my experiences are bitter-sweet. This is a small, tight store more for tools and miscellaneous items. Its like an estate sale, in a store. They come off a bit sexist and preferential. I've been offered lower prices for the same items as my spouse, a few times. Their customer service is not as welcoming as the other shops in the area. I buy more than I sell/pawn and I'm always going to spend my money in the pawn shop that offers me the most fair price for my items when I sell or pawn. So, if I am desperate, I will go here, for an unfair price .

      Walked in with a service animal. Guy had his own dog on premises I have no issue with that however the dog ran up to mine. I tried to keep the dog away and the guy kept repeating "he won't go out" newsflash the dog did attempt to leave the store to get to mine. I told him my dogs a service dog after he tried to tell me to take my dog out. I simply said just keep your dog away. The dog wouldn't listen to the owner and kept approaching mine which is extremely dangerous as my dog is a seizure alert dog. I ended up picking my dog up and leaving the store upset that the guy couldn't control his dog or even attempt to accommodate my need for my medical equipment.
