      Golden 1 Credit Union, Salinas Ca. is an absolute God send! Regardless of my financial status, I'm treated with the utmost respect. I feel classy! NO MISCELLANEOUS OR HIDDEN FEES EVER!!! UH YAY! I'm notified immediately on every questionable transaction, anywhere in the world. When fraud does occur, cards blocked, account flagged & I'm contacted personally, with utmost kindness & patience! WHO DOES THAT? In my opinion, NO OTHER COMPARES! ijs

      This is the only atm and branch in monterey county and it is not convenient. The people are nice and usually very helpful but too often the atm isn't working or or won't accept my cash deposits. I live 18 miles away and this is very stressful. I like banking at a credit union but I maybe looking for a different bank very soon.
