  Great customer service and very friendly. You can make appointments online if you need to speak to a banker about opening new accounts. They also have free financial advisors for customers by Lew and Kyle and both are really helpful. Also has three ATMs out front.

  I had an appointment at Golden 1 (College Town) on May 9th at 3:30 p.m. I was assured my requested account change would happen within 2 days and be reflected online. That did not happen. Golden 1 is unresponsive, chaotic at times and completely disappointing as far as customer service. I had 2 accounts. I now have one. At this rate, I will have none and I have been their customer for over 30 years.

  Don't come here expecting a speedy transaction. Literally 13 people in line ( I counted) and not enough teller to keep up with the foot traffic. Otherwise it's ok.
