  Very frustrated with Golden one in general. I have banked with them for decades but I am ready to move to another bank because of all the inconvenience. Their tech issues with the new system is so inconvenient. At the beginning we were unable to deposit, withdraw or access our accounts for over a week . And today weeks later again unable to deposit with mobile or access online. To boot the Davis branch now has limited hours just til 5pm during the week so getting there to deposit in person is difficult too. You would think that since they are having so many tech problems they would at least make it easy to bank in person.

  By far the slowest branch I have ever been to. They have 3 to 4 bankers who watch you stand in line for over 30 minutes while the tellers engage in personal conversations with customers at the windows. Management at this branch is lax and is not customer focused.
