This is one of the slowest Golden 1 I have ever encountered. Some days they will two or three teller. It’s always never enough worker to work during the busy days. The credit itself is okay, but the people they hired aren’t enough to be at this branch. Sometimes I will wait for at least 45 minutes or longer behind of 8 people. Zero star. I don’t think I will credit with Golden 1 again in the future.

After a 45 min wait to speak with a personal banker, I was told they weren’t able to help me setup a business account!! Really wanted to give Golden 1 Credit Union a try to see the difference and compare to other financial institutions- thankfully I have and will continue with my current financial institution.
