Good rates, nice people, long lines, but they have a horrible app that can't deposit checks since the last update. They are aware the app no longer works but haven't fixed it in months. Maybe a bad review will get their attention?

Went to Golden 1 to get a new card around 4pm. Told the lady holding the door whose name was Rebecca that I had I am disabled and needed to sit. She said "We don't have any chairs.". She asked where I was in the line (which was pretty long) and I told her I was in the very end. She then closed the door. I knocked on the door and told her again that I needed to sit down. She said they didn't have any chairs. I asked if I could sit in someone's office and she roll her eyes and said No, and shut the door in my face again. I opened it up and told her I saw an available chair and she rolled her eyes again and got the chair and set it on the sidewalk. At that point I had been humilitated in front of a line of people and left, crying in my car on the way home.
