Considering this branch opened during the Pandemic time frame, I understand with the distancing how the lines can be unusually long.. However when there's when they're not so busy I have never had a problem with their tellers but the weight is the same across my other banks as well BofA, WF and Chase. Everyone has lost employees across the board so it's very understandable that there have been unusually long wait times. Each branch has their High and low periods of "busy." I just try to avoid those as much as possible! All in all my experience has been great and thanks for all the professionalism of their employees to date!

Erica from the Golden 1 Stockton bank on Pacific was very rude on the phone when I called to ask questions about an acct. Her direct line is #4189 she shouldn't be talking to customers if she can't be nice.
