  Excellent customer service. I was doing a shared branching transaction and they were helpful as usual. All of the employees are welcoming and professional. I will be opening an account here. I’m looking forward to becoming a member at golden 1. I swear they didn’t pay me.

  I love the women who work there. They are always helpful. Last time I went in there was a guy who was very unhelpful. I had to remove a star for him. He was abrupt and told me to call if I wanted help. I am only talking to the wonderful women after this!
