      I've been a Golden One member for years, I have always been treated as a valuable customer. The staff is outstanding, great customer service. You are not just a number to the staff, they know you by your name. Such a excellent Fraud prevention team at Golden One.

      Do Not finance your car with them. They have 0 customer service if you have an issue you try to contact them and they let you on hold for an hour. They just transferred you and no one will help you out. The worst financial credit Union i have ever seen. Please do yourself a favor and don't waist your time with them. You will regret it.
