Don’t bank here. The banker at the Auburn branch deposited $7000 cash into the wrong account of someone that has the same name. Then when we went back two days later to find out why the money wasn’t showing in the account, she lied and said it was because she was denied access to the account number or social security number instead of just saying she made a mistake and put the money into the wrong person’s account. We filed a formal complaint with the branch and will be moving our money to Chase. We almost lost $7000 due to this.
