  This review is for Melissa Bane @ Santa Clara, Roseville CA. Golden 1 ONLY! After being on the phone 3 separate times with 3 separate BIMBO’s, these chicks couldn’t figure out a inaccurate charge. Each one wanted to argue about a few dollars & tell me what I charged. They had no idea! It is called COMMON SENSE, chickadees! Then, went into the Santa Clara Office in Roseville for a different transaction altogether. Signed in to wait for a Banker, as the tellers, as well as the phone personnel don’t have a CLUE! Melissa Bane, saw that we have been with Golden 1 for over 30 years, and handled a difficult situation with grace. She was fast & accurate! So, I mentioned the impossible task of dealing with the “phone chicks” regarding I think a dollar. She didn’t hesitate & said “I will take care of that.” Nice mature, intelligent woman, finally! These chicks need to look at the customer’s background & accounts, and not lose a longtime customer over a few dollars. YES, MAAM I WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT! is all these DUMB CHICKS need to say. Thank you to MELISSA BANE!!! Left after 35 years of banking with them!

  Your appointments may be a goodies for some. However it does not fit well with me. Sorry but I will not be left feel to be a fourth class customer at any bank. You have let me feel that way on more than one occasion. When there's there customers in your bank, two on line for a teller and myself. I hardly think I need an appointment with at least four bankers sucking down a Starbucks, with no clients.

  Ten minutes after my scheduled appointment time and obvious existing appointments were nowhere close to finished...why schedule appointments then??? The person who acknowledged me when I arrived could have let me know they were running behind and for about how long. Common courtesy. I don't recommend Golden 1 to anybody anymore. However I do give props to the staff at the Folsom location. It's farther for me but worth it because their staff seems to have much better knowledge and customer service. So sorry I even bothered with this location.
